    So I must say I love it with Britton. Great company and if anyone is going to try to go with them. Realize they will run you hard, treat them with respect and do your job and you'll have no issues. Very friendly people.

    I don't represent the company in any way though so I am just speaking from experience and my opinions. Best decision I've made was to come here. Its really different compared to mega carriers but in a good way

    3-4 years experience is .40
    4-5 years experience is .41
    - up to .45 cpm max then your raises every year.
    - 16$ per hr detention after 2 years
    - 16$ per hour maintenance in .15 increments
    - free health care if you dont use it/ you have to pay 80% of the deductible but they have other plans available too.
    - my first load was 1500+ miles
    This is reefer & dryvan pay!
    -900$ guarantee the first 4 weeks.

    Theres also the quarterly safety bonus of .2 cpm and every truck is dispatched to run over 10k a month. Flatbed driver here are hitting 14k miles a month.
    Im not a recruiter, i just started working here, noticed my reply seemed a little on the recruitment side lol

    Theres some pregnancy, child care and over 50 dr visits it covers before your part of the deductible is paid but theres no weekly takeaway
