    They probably forgot to put a note at the bottom. Stating Law Enforcement would still be writing tickets on roads that did not have the new signs in place.

    I would NOT put that past Ohio....at all.

    OH is 65mph now. And they are busting people at anything above 66.9

    Just to let you all know, that is only in areas where it is already 65 for cars.
