I didn’t receive any call yet. Today is 10th now. I already lost my my load for 9th. I cnt afford anymore loss. What options i do have left? Thanks

I would eventually (I'd give them till noon) contact the receiver and ask for their available appointment on this load. If no reasonable options given, I'd contact shipper and ask about taking it back to them on the pretense that they rejected the load due to late shipment.
If they still dont want it then at that point I would ask around, locally, for an agent warehouse to store it there for the time being and go on with my business until the solution is found.
I would tell Uber where the cargo is. If you brake the seal it could be a problem too, so it is no an easy and clear way out.
Remember, you are still liable for the load, not the warehouse you store it at. You have to decide if it is better to sit idle with it wating for Uber.
Document all the people you talk to, it may be helpful if, indeed, they will file a claim for offloading the load without Uber's approval.

I had a similar issue a year ago with uber and it took them 48 hours to make a decision. I was at home though and I could afford to wait . It was due to an argument about the rate at which I was going to take a rejected load back to a shipper. I seriously considered the option of unloading it at a local warehouse.

Back to the shipper you go.

Refused is refused is refused. If you do anything else, you are liable.

Shipper is the DHL, receiver is Amazon. Freight broker is Uber. Im in a deep deep #### hole.
I spoked with dhl they aren’t suppose to talk directly to driver, asked me to wait for uber call.

I forbid my drivers to deal with uber and other brokers like them, one reason is they seem to screw over a lot of owners with crap.

If they offered the load that they or the shipper knew was late before it was on the truck, then this can be considered a breach of contract and something that can be charged for with lost revenue.

I would just tell them you are taking it right back to the shipper because it is a rejected load and tell them you can't wait.

When they finally got around to calling you just say..”What load” “What the heck are you talking about”

Then get a table or six at a flea market :)

I would park the trailer in the bush and hold it for ransom like a Somali pirate.

I guess this is why I run vocational, as hauling loads for big companies that screw you around would probably give me a coronary.

Sounds like too many links in the chain. No excuse for it. Until someone, fears losing their job, they don’t care. Just the way it is. Squeaky wheel gets the grease. Tell them it’s going to a warehouse. You’ll send them a bill. Get some names. They’ll call.
