We know the mileage it pays b4 we haul it, it’s close enough to hub miles that there’s no complaints. It’s not uncommon to get paid for a few extra miles than you actually run on certain loads, depending on routing you take.
We haul almost exclusively expedited freight. Hot loads. You rarely sleep 10 hours under a load, if you can’t get it there in what time you have left, they have it set up to meet another driver to swap trailers. Everyone’s different, but with around 1.3 million miles under my belt, doing a bit of everything, I think the good is outweighing the bad so far, and it’s not close.

Looks pretty good but I don't see any medical taken out or 401K, local tax. These also add up and affect the net pay. Please keep us updated as you progress through the year. The honeymoon might be over in a few months.

I honestly don't see many Barr Nunn trucks in the northeast. As far as the big companies go, it's mostly Swift, Werner, USX, and western Express.

Benefits don’t start til 90 days, definitely could do a lot better on that policy. I just finished my 5th week.

I wouldn't give you 2 nickels to rub together for any reviews or testimonials these days. Companies have sprung up all over the place that are payed to protect your reputation on social media.

You work the NE you do it on the clock. Barr Nunn was bought by Knight but runs it seperate. But they are a short- medium run outfit so 2000 mile runs ? Yep, good luck with that LOL Their paying these dudes .59 to run shorthaul & making 2.50- 3-50 a mile & the drivers are happy. Meanwhile that dude in the daycab is making the same & waves bye, bye to his truck every day while .59 cent dude is looking for a parking spot 4hrs later.

Why would you want to sue them for not getting you home when you want to quit , I'd be glad to pay my own way home if it sucked that bad , trying not to burn a bridge.

I found money isn't everything in our trade a driving job you are happy and content at means more to me than being upset all the time over your pay.
