What's happened?
Corp America sunk their teeth into this way back. 70s..that started the cheap labor ethics.
Unions continued to decline. Drivers are so passive anymore, nobody fights because we have segregated by these corp congromelates
I have a post regarding union and how to attack this. Each of us no matter who we work for must take the first step.
Attention all company drivers!!!

We need to unite and get the teamsters involved.
I have brought unions into two other companies in the dairy industry. I know how to do this and with cell phones communicating is easier than ever. Texting. Emails. Twitter etc.
First. Go to your local teamsters chapter in your home town. Explain to them what your intentions are. You'll get fliers. Go to Kinko's. If they're still around, somewhere to make 500 copies. Pass them out at trk stops. Get off your ### and walk around to hand them out. Put them on windshields. Slide in to doors, whatever.
Make a new email account. Add this to flier.
Remain quiet as to who you are. If we can get drivers to do this across the nation and respond we are well on our way. We take it from there. It's the first step.
We NEED TO DO THIS!! This is no joke.
Respond to me and we can take it from here.
Once we have fliers floating around, drivers will know this is no joke. Any company interferes go straight to the labor and civil rights board.
So, we do this and we can kick the crap out of these carriers that have screwed us all at one point or another and get the pay we deserve along with benefits, etc...no #### whiners.
Or sit back and continue to get screwed right in bung hole.
Let's do this drivers!!!! Now's the Time!!izifaddag and LtlAnonymous Thank this. -

The conjuring was based on the folks back in the 60s. Ed and Lorraine something, were real people that performed their services for the church at hand.
Yes back then an owner op could raise a family based on the rates at hand. Heck fuel was what .20 .40 a gallon. Anyways, but it's point we all need to consider. Today the big wigs have investors. Many factors, but to simplify, it's raised cost in every aspect of conducting business within our industry to the point working folks can't afford to get in. Even small truck companies family owned are getting pinched out and bought out. It's sad.izifaddag and LtlAnonymous Thank this. -

Well whatta waiting for? Go talk to your local teamsters chapter in your area. They'll get involved and help. Trust me. I've done this.
