Authority Express, LLC not reputable

Been utilizing Authority Express since last March. They charged 75.00 every month plus some additional charges without my consent and didn't perform contracted work correctly. Filed my IFTA without including fuel purchases. Filed WD to wrong accounts and KY isn't recognizing my permit with them. Heard everyone walked out on owner and then they wouldn't send me an email notifying of the situation just hung up on me when I called in. Very unprofessional, complacent, and untrained staff. Could be a security risk. Don't do business with them.

 

Use IFTA plus.com. Cost 30.00 per filing and it's done right. Super easy. They can get you a fuel card and all fuel data is automatically input into file.
