So a couple years ago I bought a VXi BlueParrott B450 xt and I absolutely love it, but I was a little too careless with it and now it's falling apart to the point where I basically can't use it anymore. So I decided to just get another one and try to take better care of it since I loved it so much otherwise. I noticed when putting the old one away that it says VXi on the side of it and my new one doesn't.
My question is, what does that stand for? The headset seems exactly the same besides that logo and they're both priced the same as well.
What does VXi mean on the BlueParrott B450 XT

Easiest way to explain this is TX is an acronym that is used for telecommunications transmission, hence the (T), therefore VX is sort of a way to distinguish (V) voice transmission. Most handheld radios also carry a VX prefix. As to the (i) in VXi, I would assume that to mean it has some form of “intelligent” system software aka voice recognition, etc...

VXi was the company that owned Blue Parrott. They sold it to Jabra back in 2016, quality sucks since then. See the press release at this link
GN Audio (Jabra) has acquired VXi and BlueParrottDiesel Dave Thanks this. -
