15 FL dt12 problem

I does not happen often once in a while this happens I check engine light comes on for a second and then turns off mostly in the morning. I got lucky to take a pic of the codes n transmission shifts in every gear loaded or empty or takes a second to go in gears when I shift to drive or reverse i called dealership they said mite be your split pin bushings which cost 40 and the rest is labor 1k or more has anyone encounter this see pic I think it's my shifter which is around 500 n easy to replace
