Good morning,
My question pertains to Texas Registered truck, year model 2016 completely factory original, no deletes of any kind. All factory emissions junk in order, no service engine lights or anything flaky. I stop at the POE with my load entering California. What happens next? I need an inspection and some sort of sticker? CHP runs the program vs CDOT and getting ahold of them is virtually impossible. I guess I could just blow the coop and ask them when they catch me, but I'd rather get it hashed out before getting there.
Entering California

California has agriculture inspection station at state line. If you have something that need agriculture inspection they might want look inside trailer. They fist look at every one's Bills. I You pull of the the check point and had them your Bills. If you have dry van they say keep on going 99% of the time. Then your free to enjoy California. Make sure if your pulling 53 foot trailer you meet CA bridge law at 40 feet I believe to center of rear axle.
D.Tibbitt Thanks this. -
