O/O Hiring for OTR Car haulers based in Missouri

Small family owned company looking for OTR solo or team drivers based in Missouri. I am an O/O with a few extra trucks. Sun Country 5 car trailers. Monday-Friday schedule. Pay depends on experience and is % of gross with bonuses, on w-2. We run almost everywhere, but stay out of the northeast. Depending on your experience, we pay 20 to 30% of total gross, with a per diem calculation that reduces your taxes owed. Hit $10,000 and $15,000 gross solo (easy goals) and earn bonuses. Teams bonus at 20k and 30k gross. Keep more money in your pocket where it belongs.

 

10-15k total gross per pay period. At 25% it's $2500 to $3750 plus bonuses before taxes, 1rst and 15th.

 

05 pete 387 with a 2015 sun country 5 car, and a 02 international 9400 (inframe and new clutch just done) with a custom 4 car.

 

Still looking for a couple of Solo Drivers, or a team. We have some pretty solid rates at the moment, and will be starting our busiest part of the year in January.

 

Missouri and western central Illinois. Our primary work load is all currently based out of the midwest.
