Stole all my belongings

My my former boss led me to believe that he was working on my truck and that I was going home Saturday and the truck will be ready Tuesday he rented me a car to go home I got back down to San Diego on Tuesday he wouldn't answer my calls he blocked my number he didn't give me my last paycheck and he took everything I owned that's malicious that that's a lawsuit for punitive damages big time I'm hoping I have a labor case against him for $9,000 and I think I've won that one but I was put through hell having to get another job with none of my belongings no tools no blankets or pillows no coach no shoes no. Nothing and then I went into Chicago this last winter and it was 60 below zero and I had no shoes and no coat I was miserable I should be able to sue him for a lot of money
