    How do they come up? Do they snap in like most cars? I'm replacing the floor in my cab this weekend and these things seem to be rather securely attached. Not having any luck getting the metal inserts off of them either, and I don't want to break it so I quit prying.

    The inserts pop up. Screwdriver slot to the rear. Just an interference fit. Screws hold sill plate on.
