is this the same company that you said took your 19 year retirement plan? cspf is 5 year vesting, others are similar.

if you cant figure out the vesting period for your retirement plan, im happy you arent in the ibt anymore. you'd vote for any crap that the company told you to....

the amount of dues is irrelevant, the fact is you didn't check what you signed up for.

On the contrary I did check what signed up for and the amount of dues is relevant to ME-since I’m the one who was employed there.
Let’s stick back to the current topic please.

Maybe Wal Mart is positioning themselves to move out of the trucking industry and eventually just sub everything out!

The amount of dues wasn't too relative, you took the job

Again it was relative to me and my bottom line.
You act like that some of these unions can’t do anything wrong.
Seriously, it’s in the past now.

you brought it up,You're acting like you were promised something by the union and didn't get it, I know that the IBT aren't angels but, you keep saying they wronged you by taking the dues you agreed to pay, tell me what did they do that was wrong.

And yet you’re still perpetuating this argument. As I’ve said before-this was based on my experiences-what’s so hard for you to understand? Unless you worked at that particular UPS station at that time you can’t tell me differently.
    Give it a rest already.

What's hard to understand is your reluctance to say what the union did or did not do to you. you can't throw out some BS accusation about a union or company and not expect somebody to call you on it, so you're either lying, or are you just trying to be cool.

I’ve already CLEARLY described what the union did to me (and others)when I first posted on the issue about my experiences. And for you to say that I’m lying or throwing BS when you clearly haven’t either WORKED AT THAT PARTICULAR LOCAL or UPS FACILITY at the time I worked there is ignorant,if not asinine to say the least.
Seems like you get hostile every time (or any time) someone has something negative to say about ANY UNION(yes,I’ve noticed-I’ve just turned a blind eye to until this point, and I’m sure others on the forum have noticed as well as this isn’t the first time a “union issue” has come to light on the forums)and you can’t handle that some people had a less than favorable experience with them. Why are you even worried about it is beyond me.
