is this a serious question. by law you are suppose to keep a paper log book with you at all times to use if the elogs go down

Dude hauls hazmat and he doesn't know that you're supposed to go on paper if your ELD goes out?

What does one have to do with the other?
Heck, my brother in law hauls hazmat (propane) and doesn't even use a logbook, much less an ELD.

Because someone who hauls it local doesn't have to know, but OTR drivers do.

You would think that someone who is responsible for hauling dangerous goods up and down our highways across our nation would know the laws pertaining to his logbooks.

Sorry I actually expect drivers to know this. Forgive me.

    Bean Jr. Thanks this.
