To be fair I saw the exact same post on Instagram and that’s the only view I’ve seen. It’s possible that there were straps farther up.

Saw a overaize load today. Look like 60foot rebar on 48ft trailer. Only 5 straps on it and they were all flapping. No bellies, no chokers, no chains. Just 5 straps over the top hauling ### in the left lane tailgating people on i30 eastbound out of dallas
Northeasterner, misterG, Lepton1 and 3 others Thank this. -

230am last night on 27 north of chattanooga i saw a wreck with TWENTY ONE cruisers on site yet no ambalamps, fire, ems whatsoever. It was bizzare and i cant find any news about it. Im thinking police chase ended in major crash. How else can that many cops arrive before any EMS?
Northeasterner, Feedman, Hammer166 and 2 others Thank this. -

Please do expound upon said legality, with securement handbook references, of course.Last edited: Nov 1, 2019
jamespmack and Tug Toy Thank this. -
Ie you don’t throw straps over an air handler. You secure them at the securement points only. Manufacturers don’t always do a good job locating those points.PoleCrusher, Oxbow and jamespmack Thank this. -
