Tonight's Beer of Choice!

Sitting here at the table, tried to create some fish-tacos earlier, wasn't too bad... couldn't get the sauce right despite multiple attempts.

Turned my attention to podcasts and YouTube about an hour ago. Pouring rain and I'm praying none of my 40+ year old neighbors decide to put on a Halloween costume for the hell of it. Supposed to open up tomorrow, first sun since Tuesday for me, and hopefully turn into a mild 50degree day... may go for a hike to the bunion.

Saturday will be spent trying to get my shiet together for my return to the big road, coming home for the Holidays this year, December 20th to January 6th... yeah... with the way freights been I ain't feeling it. I just may take a serious actual vacation for myself... undecided where to. Don't wanna fly, don't wanna cruise... thinking I may drive to the NorEast pending weather and see my extended family for the first time since 19-20 years old, maybe explore some cities I haven't had a chance to otherwise? DFW, Spokane, Madison, would all be on that list... we shall see... And considering Boeing just crapped their bed ... thinking I may need to find a new career...

I got this weird craving to be uncomfortable lately... starting to run some distance and put my body through some #### again.... don't know if i want to sit in a truck all day anymore....

and yes, the guy checked my door tag and trailer plates for gross weights - but I was empty, huh?

clean inspection except for exceeding the speed limit by 1-5 mph - really I can barely do 62 flat out. So I am beating myself up for being a #######

 

And the first time you use the lift gate it will have paid for itself. Looks good.

It will #### sure be handy for our pumps and such.

I was surprised at how low the price is on these lease returns after they pull the reefer off.
