Glad to hear it wasn't more serious, but those aren't muscles you want to tear, let alone "shred", yikes!

For those who don't know what our @superhauler "shredded".
I tore my left side internal pretty bad a few years back.
@superhauler one thing I will say avoid bending or twisting at all costs. It prolongs your down time. My physical torture lady mentioned applying ice pack in towel, 5 to no longer than 10 min. On effected area.
You did better than me on the nausea, I blew chunks when mine tore on me.
Ohh. If you have a recliner be cautious if using it. I'd make progress and blow it bending and twisting to get out of the chair.
Enjoy the home time. -
If anything, instead of scraping it, just sell it for parts. A lot of Toyota guys will shell out good money for parts cars/trucks.1951 ford, Feedman, Westbound23 and 12 others Thank this. -
Speaking of which, I'm probably due for one soon. Just a prick in the meaty part of the shoulder and some tingling/numbness for about an hour.
Rabies is the one you want to be afraid of.1951 ford, Feedman, Westbound23 and 15 others Thank this. -
