If dry van, if your floor is wooden, and multi-layer, the stuff might have gotten between layers and could be there for a long, long time. You might try taking it to a washout and getting it soaped real good, but you had best warn the guys going into the box. It might cost you a pretty penny.D.Tibbitt, mhyn and truckdriver31 Thank this. -
Corn seed with any treatment wont take your breath away I have napped in it before all it does is the color of the treatment will get on you and what you are wearing I dont know what would have caused this unless they sprayed something in your trailer but there is some insecticide for cotton that will take your breath away from 100 feet even in a sealed box vacuum sealed

Another thing I will mention is that it is entirely possible that the chemicals in your trailer are the result of chemical reactions between leftover chemicals from different loads. Chemical A from load A, and Chemical B from load B mixing together and reacting to produce something nasty. A simple example of this might be bleach and ammonia based cleaners. Get a bit of spills from one, then later get some spillage of the other, and whammo, chlorine gas in your trailer.
