Thats impressive. Is this just from the heat of the composting process? Like manure piles steaming away?

Highest i could ever get my garden compost to hit was 150.

A lot of factors can impact composting temperatures. They can get to spontaneous combustion temperatures if the circumstances are right.

Update guys. The bol says seeds are treated with Vitawax-34 . I have no idea what is it. I will google for SDS.

Learn anything? Under different circumstances you could have become deathly ill or even died.
    Agricultural products can be deadly.
Just for fun Google the California Ag Regulations for the amount of allowable insecticide residue that's permitted in fresh produce. It's usually express as PPM...parts per million...and it doesn't sound like much until you figure the amount you'd ingest over a lifetime.
Agricultural workers, field hands, truck drivers, crop dusters, or warehouse workers with a larger exposure window have twenty five times the instance of lymphoma and respiratory problems as people with little or no exposure.
The agricultural lobby has tried for years to suppress this information.
    Welcome to California.

Good old Monsanto, the working man's friend. They help farmers reign in their income to pay for their expensive patented seeds every season, help them understand patent law by suing them if their crop gets pollinated by an adjoining field, and protect those seeds by not caring about a drivers life.

Wonderful good citizens they are, no doubt their charitable big hearted efforts are hindered by our stupid regulations. Who needs those MSDS, plenty of drivers out there.

Glad you survived their generous spirit, @mhyn.

Since today I will pay attention on MSDS if it is attached on BOL. Lesson learned.

How stupid does one have to be to purposely walk into a VISIBLE cloud of Anhydrous ammonia?
