WRONGFULLY TERMINATED FROM SWIFT

It's not over driver. I have a worse record than you and I've had many jobs in the industry with bad and good results. I've been back over the road 2 years now after a hiatus. Should you choose to stay OTR, there are many who would still take you even with that. There are many local as well. You live in Texas as I do, so it can't be that hard. Scout around here, Indeed and a few others. I wouldn't recommend Craigslist to a dog. Good luck.

You're an "At will" employee they don't need a reason to fire or even tell you why they fired you.

Why would anybody be angry about being fired from swift. Go get a better job.

 

If everything happened the way you say it did then you should be ok. You’ll have to explain the accident but you have the police report which should help you. Start applying to several companies that you would like to work for and they will decide if you meet their standards.
