    my late dad used to say something like,( i have to paraphrase, as it's been decades since he said it)... "the mafia are the most honest people in the world, it's the church and government that'll rob you blind".

    They’ll get pretty close though. They can seize anything and everything with his name on it to make up that tax difference (the trucking companies,his home(s),car(s),bank account(s),pension(if he has one) and of course,they’ll charge him interest, plus penalties which at current interest rates I don’t think they’ll give him prime!!lol

    there is going to be monies well hidden, offshore most likely, and in other peoples names.

    when he goes to jail he will be a hero for screwing the government over.

    they can seize all they want, when he gets out, it's all stuff he can buy again, you know, material things.

    They’ve been cracking down on that offshore account BS too-especially if it’s sent to the Caymans and The Bahamas(that in itself sends up all kinds of red flags). Even if he does his time and get out of prison if he still owes money to Uncle Sam they can still seize anything because the judgment wasn’t fully satisfied!
