I thought you were seasoned and specialized Dave being a small fleet owner. You didn’t sell your rigs and take one of those sweet lease op, trainer gigs in Salt Lake did you?

No I booked a load way out to force myself to rest.

But then someone through up a huge number for a preloaded customer trailer, liftgate, electric pallet jack, load to Denver, comes strait back, pays both ways. $600 in unloading pay.

    I'll be back home tonight.

If I could just not turn the phone on or answer it, it would be better.

Well there. See. Left the phone on. Now another short run at almost $5 mile.

This is supposed to be my vacation.

Dave I have been taught to not ever believe big numbers on the Internet for truckin related activities. Surely you are aware that Swift is paying owner ops 98cents per mile plus fuel surcharge. Please come clean now on this outlandish rate story. Lol

    PS
    TMI on the picture.
Just because you can show something, does not mean you should!

Not Dave, he is one of the in crowd at LS. His numbers are very believable to me. I have an inside view there myself due to some personal connections. When I am done working for a living I may become part of the in crowd there pulling a step deck as a paid sightseer. Many people want the rates the in crowd get, but they aren’t always willing to do what it takes to become one of them.

One thing I noticed when talking to landstar drivers, was a lot of them, not all would forget to deduct the 35% or whatever when they mentioned how much they were paid.
It was never a big deal, but it sure sounded better with the company share added on. lol

One thing Dave most certainly is not, is one of the in crowd at LS lmfao.
