Hello all,
Trying to find out the reason for this switch. As far as I can tell, the only purpose would be to activate the brake lights, for some reason?

Haven't pushed it yet while driving, too scared haha. But I have pushed it when parked and it just activates the brake lights as far as I can tell. Then when the parking brake released, the switch releases also. Quite the conundrum.

Don't the brake lights come on with the parking brake on? Maybe this over rides that, like when you're sitting for 2 days. Leave it to Peterbilt, could be handy going around a scale

They should only come on if the squaw handle is pulled when parked, but it should not be used for a parking brake.
