Pay attention to this dummy too--

Gauge his speed like I did- Dummy is doing 50-55 mph...

Ice coated surfaces demand 20-30 mph TOPS -IF you must drive on it.

Because of the SUV in the ditch and where the jack-knife started I am guessing that he had the Jake on full and lifted off the throttle as he looked at the SUV and the Jake started the slide. Once it starts you have next to no time to get back on the throttle and steer into the slide to bring it back.

It's never a good thing when you can look out your windshield and see your tandems.

if it’s slick just park. I don’t have the energy to deal with some BS like this. To hell with the load it gets there when I do.
I shut down the other day cause they didn’t put enough sand down the mountain for my liking. I drive a truck not a sleigh

People just dont have patience...You have to go slow,Simple as that- DONT PUSH THE ENVELOPE- Because you want to be on time to deliver your asparagus.......

Drive at a speed to where you can control your vehicle 100%....In Mountains,Flats,Hills, Dont matter- Ive got 30 years experience in all seasons consecutively- Never in a weather related accident ...If it means Driving 15-20 mph- So Be it- Control your vehicle like your cradling a newborn baby, With CARE!!
