Thinking of going O/O, Forward Air or Summit Transport?

We run out of the DFW terminal.

 

no, single occupancy. you checkin and if your name is on the forward air list, they issue a room key. The room was fine for the minimal time i was there.

 

dang whats up their ###. so was the simulator hard or something? what would make people fail. and how do people not get cleared. is it mainly failing dot physical. i assume day cab test is easy if thats 2nd option. geez kinda have me worried. so they dont just route you back to your home terminal when u need to? man your experience is a lot different than my dads. do they seem like nice people tho? and are you dispatched by talkin to them. or do theu just force crap

 

hey hows it going. did things get better ir what. by the way my dad is at faf. he said for short haul runs they pay extra flat rate. is this something explained in orientation. because my dad said they like to nit pick it

 

Stayed at Truck load 2 weeks before the lies and ######## revealed itself. I actually quit. Luckily I was 80 miles from home...

Manager from LTL called me and wanted to know why I quit...I explained things and he asked me to come work for him in LTL.

I agreed.

So far so good.

 

ok. so ltl is good and tlx is garbage? as in hometime lies etc

 

Yup....and the biggest is you can't bobtail anywhere...F that.

 

i know my dad bobtailed out on sunday from a terminal. i think they are ppl u gotta push idk. but im workin 5 days makin under 2k intermodal. im really sick of this

 

I never heard anything good from the company drivers.
