Try craigslist list transport in your area or owner operators.

Does TN have a state jobs board? Put your resume on there.

HireRight allows you to get a free copy of your DAC and to submit rebuttal comments, IIRC.
Their home page has a list of partner companies (Pre Integrated Partner Solutions), all those will likely look at DAC. So any company that uses Silk Road, Icims, Tenstreet, etc will not be worth applying for.
HireRight - Driving a Higher Standard.
Look for unusual ads on Craigslist Small employers only post once, if that, they won't blanket CL like CRST. You can use the "bundle duplicates" checkbox to cut down on those repeat ads.

If you're willing to travel, try SearchTempest: Search all of Craigslist nationwide & more
You can specify a radius and it will return all Craigslist results for all cities in that circle. I use "tanker" or "hazmat" as a term, try what you're interested in.

That state job board: because it's free, small companies will post there instead of CL or Indeed. I've gotten calls via the state job board from companies I would have never heard of online, they are too small or unhandy to have a website and also don't post ads online. They also might still use the local newspaper.

When you get tired of looking at a screen, head out and stop by ready mix, dairy, cement, grain, scrap outfits and other local places. Drive around, get lost, and be dressed for the job when you walk in. Have a copy of your resume and MVR clipped together to drop off.

In 165 posts, I still didn't get how he got a suspended license and how he was allowed to drive with one?

I do not know if it is even possible anymore, but it might be worthwhile to talk to a lawyer in your case, and see if it might be possible to get that suspended license ticket off or reduced.
I have never done it myself, but I used to know some union drivers pulling line haul that when they got too many tickets, they would sick their lawyer on them and get some removed. This has been a few years and may or may not even be possible anymore.
I have found that most things are possible, it just takes money, sometimes more than it is worth.
You are in the oilfield now, there are other good paying jobs there, that does not require a cdl, you might also look into.

I forgot to pay a ticket for driving in the 3rd lane. They suspended it I found out when I got pulled over and they wanted to weigh my water tanker and they asked if I knew my license was suspended and I said no.

yes, once per year..then if a person adds a rebuttal, they send him another free copy with his rebuttal on there. they are also supposed to send anyone a free copy if they were denied a job due to a bad remarks DAC.

however, not too many would be employers actually admit they will not hire due to a bad DAC, they just move onto the next applicant, and never bother contacting you regarding your application status.
