Does anyone here have experience on this route? How is the consistency in loads and pay? Looking to be able to bring home after taxes 900 to 1000. It's that doable with this type of route? Thanks for any help you can offer. I'm filling out apps right now looking for information on a few companies for when I graduate school in a couple weeks.

I just got on this fleet last week. It'll take you at least 3 months to get on (there's a waiting list).

The pay is a minimum guarantee of $1150 a week pre-tax. You can make more, but I don't see how. I've been sent my next load within 30 minutes (but its only been a week).

Ok so the guarantee is 1150 not to bad. You don't think you can gross more on this account? Why? Didn't know there was a waiting list. I know all maverick has right now is the Texas dedicated for people in my area according to the recruiter. So trying to decide between TMC,Melton and maverick which one I have the chance at making more money at.

It's based on mileage, and with the loads I've been getting I don't see how I could make enough miles to pass $1150. It'd be like 2500 miles in 5 days, which is possible, but Picking up and delivering in TX every day makes its near impossible.

Maverick has a $1000 guarantee right? I'd ask how many miles you can expect to get to see if you can make more than that guarantee.

I've talked to a lot of tmc drivers and they pretty consistently say that they make ~$1300 a week, but sometimes drivers lie so idk.

Yeah it's 1000 for maverick. However they are on percentage 25 to 28% of the load. And recruiter said the guarantee it's a different amount for that account but wasn't sure what it was ‍♂️. YEAH I was wondering if the miles were there for the OK/TX.

Ive heard about the same from tmc guys. I like TMC they have just been a little slow for my taste on getting things prepared so I'm not putting all my eggs in one basket at this point. Would like ro make a good decision and try IF possible to not hop company to company.

Maverick does percent for regional? If so I didn't know that. They didn't tell you the average first year pay?

    Sounds like a good recruiter.

I can't really tell you if the miles work out because I really don't know, but the thing I like about tmc and maverick, that melton doesn't have, is different types of trailers. There are region limits for both companies, but the option is there.

No matter which you choose you should have a great company to spend your first year at.

Yeah she said about 60k is average. And the percentage pay is only for Texas dedicated drivers. Everything else is cpm.

I'm pretty excited either way. Whichever route I go just going to make the best of it.
