    It says he got a non preventable and they loaded him wrongly or something but thankfully it doesn't look like anyone got hurt

    Just glance through again they blaming the shipper because they put a heavy engine on top of the fifth wheel

    Just looking at it it doesn't look like he was taking that curve too fast. Looks like a load shift from improper loading.

    which leads me to say, screw them if they wreck, just mosey along....

    As someone that pulls auto freight there is no way it was loaded top heavy. The racks the engines are shipped in simply will not allow it.
    The racks are holding either 2 or 3 engines and are designed to stack 2-3 high depending on engine. All engine loads I've ever pulled are 42-46K and loaded nose to tail
    It was heavy sure, but very unlikely top heavy. And this was from "Crash and Roll Stunt Team" so I'll tend to think he was simply going too fast for conditions (curve)
