Got a 2012 Maxxforce DT9 throwing a 164 13 code for ICP adaptation in-range fault. It’s been doing this for quite a while, high pressure oil rail has been resealed and a new ICP sensor installed with no change in how/when the code comes and goes. Starts fine cold or hot, no drive ability concerns. Hoping HeavyD or one of the other Navistar experts can chime in.

    Thanks in advance.

Actually, this code is now obsolete and no longer used. You need to have the ecm calibration updated to fix this.

Ok thanks. The owner says the ECM has already been “modified” so I’ll tell him to go back to the original shop that worked on it. Thanks again for the quick response.

    Heavyd Thanks this.
