Looking for OTR company keeping manual transmissions

I am still a relatively new driver. I got my CDL on 3/22/17. I used to be an automotive mechanic. I am a hard worker, and a safe driver. One thing I need is a manual transmission. I cant for the life of me back an auto without it jerking in and out of neutral. I am in a 2015 T680 13 speed now. Company wants to take it away. Honestly, it seems like a small issue to put a 2 week notice in for, but I feel that truck is what kept me with them. I am currently in a dry Van, but not against doing auto hauling. I helped out a friend and did a few months hauling cars. I would prefer having to do some kind of physical work.
