07 Detroit 60 series missing issue

I have 2007 freightliner century 60 series Detroit.. when I accelerate mainly in 4th gear or higher on 13 speed.. my engine misses or kinda of a hiccup every 5 seconds or so...Black smoke comes out... and a quick loss of power... it used to do it for awhile until check engine comes on and it stops... Last few weeks it still does it but check engine stays on and now it does it all the time..I changed turbo, egr, void, delta p sensor....all new within 2 months... I also found if I unplug delta p sensor.. it doesn’t do it at all but been told it’s derating my motor and fuel miles has dropped from 7.0 to around 5.15 during same speed... any advice

 

Jus changed vpod and wire harness last Friday
