For me to take a truck that new with that many miles made by International with a Cummins having had not one but two guys probably chain smoking in it since new and running the wheels off of it, one crapping in a bag in the back while the other rolls all night? Yes, you'd have to pay me $19k to take that truck.
Hope that helps.
Would you buy a fleet team truck

I’m not trying to be a Cynic, but Practical, I wouldn’t buy an International, at all. They can’t give them away. Too many emission problems, dosing system malfunctions, egr cooler problems, even a class action law suit, worth looking into, get informed, I don’t know all the details. Once you buy it, your stuck with it. The costs of repairs will probably far outweigh any “ good “ price paid. Those are about the only Truck I would not consider buying. Better to get a more expensive Truck, with less known issues. Research the International/ Cummins problems. Maybe that year wasn’t as bad as previous ones. They were unique, Manual Re gens could only be done at the Dealer, I’ve been told. A friend of mine got stuck with one. Nothing but trouble.Soent a fortune, and still had the same issues. Check out Rawze on Utube, he’s made a career out of finding fixes for running these pieces of Junk.

I have a farmer friend that bought a 90's IH sleeper truck, ton of miles, to pull his crap tanks to the fields, I think he paid $5g's for it. Electrical gremlins will drive you nuts, and good O/O trucks come up all the time, especially now, since O/O's are failing left and right. Don't forget, an old IH fleet truck is basically worthless, and at least with a Pete or KW, you have a shred of resale when, oops, I mean, IF you fail. People just don't seem to understand that.
