Yeah see I think in most cases you probably get what you pay for. If I had a dispatch service that books loads, sets up accounts, dispatched and commincates load tracking to the broker, does billing, and factors the invoices I’d have to have 13% to be feasible. However, the revenue would be much higher then somebody sitting there and literally just taking what the broker offers and putting no effort into it. That 13% would be a bargain at that point.
Who are the best dispatch services to use for and Owner Operator?

Edit: not to mention when loads get cancelled or there are problems, especially when it happens at the same time. Who would get priority or would you be stuck waiting for “dispatch” to do something?Last edited: May 11, 2019

Anybody can drive a truck, some are good at some suck.
10 times more calls? I never said it would be easy but for all the more invested it could be profitable.
As far as canceled or problem loads. What can they do? It's on the broker to sort out, it's their contracts. -
