find time and replace O-rings that goes on fuel cooler. similar procedures when you changed oil cooler O-rings. remove fuel filter module and you will see the cooler. when this O-rings get bad you may have coolant in fuel or fuel in coolant.

Man i have the same problem now! The coolant reservoir has some oil and the crankcase breather is leaking white smoke/gas (I am not sure if it is actually the smoke or gas). Just want to know what was the problem and how much you spent to fix it? Is the smoke from the crankcase issue relate to the oil cooler seal or is it a separate problem. I did some research online and i found it could caused by a broken piston ring.

I just read through the procedure. My favorite step: "oil coolant module mounting bolt in position seven may interfere with chassisc components and cannot be removed entirely"

The engineers must have chuckled at that one.

    Bottom of page 5.

    24. Remove the eleven bolts securing oil coolant module to cylinder block and remove oil coolant module. On shorter BBC
(bumper to back of cab) trucks, oil coolant module mounting bolt in position seven may interfere with chassis
components and cannot be removed entirely. See below.

Zero. It was covered by extended warranty.
