If I had known when this started that it would take this long, I would have.
The family wasn't expecting me home anyway. I had already told them I'd be home for Christmas, but not Thanksgiving.
Taking the plunge. My journey as an O/O.

This started as a coolant leak though, without obvious indications of engine issues. -
But that's the future. No need thinking about it too seriously right now.dwells40 Thanks this. -
Thanksgiving update!
The cylinder head and EGR cooler are going to be covered. I will still be stuck with the deductible of 300, plus the cost of a lot of smaller bits and pieces that might need replacing, but most of the cost will be covered.
I #### near screwed it up for myself though. More on that later, when I have a real keyboard.
So, even though I am not at home, it is still a day for me to give thanks!wore out, kemosabi49, sealevel and 7 others Thank this. -

That’s some good news about your truck. Glad that the warranty is actually paying. It pays off to maintain things correctly and document everything you do. I’m sure the warranty company wasn’t happy that you had all your service records. LolBoostedTeg, Farmerbob1, Tug Toy and 1 other person Thank this.
