Does anyone know how to get the elbo's coming out of the reservoir as well as the other end of the hose to stop leaking?
On this 07 T800 every fitting is seaping oil out. The hoses are all clamped onto the elbo's.
They are some kind of 2 piece elbo's.

If no one is familiar with this type of 2 piece elbo I'll shoot some pics tomorrow. One end threads in the other end has a hose barb..

    Pics would definitely help.

Being that power steering is essentially a hydraulic system I would assume there are o-ring seals in there. Probably baked rock hard too after 12 years.

Either the dealer or maybe some place that builds hoses.

Might be able to have a aftermarket hose that will work built.

All ac and ps hoses on my 07 w900 after aftermarket built hoses. By a local company that builds hoses. I think they're cheaper then dealer oem.

It is hard to tell without seeing it, but if you can get the fittings out you can take the hoses and fittings to your local hydraulic shop and they'll make you up new hoses.

I would use reinforced hose for all of them.

I snapped a few pics of the fittings. They seep oil where the elbow screws into that adapter.
Its a weird sort of fitting and somewhere inside there is a nylon washer that gets really flattened out.

My oil filler cap blew off the other day because it wasn't tight enough and got a lot of oil everywhere before I discovered it. I'm glad I stopped to get fuel when I did I had lost 2 gallons of oil.

Are the lines loose that you can move them back and forth with your hand?

If that's the case you have to tighten the nut where it looks like there's the washer underneath of it. That sets the position of the hose and you tighten it.

Just what it looks to me, is not the fittings. So seeing you lost the oil filler cap the other day, I would get a new cap then an engine wash first before messing around with the fittings. See what actually leaks and what doesn't.

It looks like you have oil (from the missing cap) all over the place and it condensed on those fittings and around them because of the amount of humidity and heat.

These fittings rarly leak if at all, they are called SAE O-ring pressure fittings and are made to last a long time and work under high pressure which the reserve may have two or three psi at best.. If they loosen up, then tighten the nut up and that it is.

No they are tight as I can get them. I took one apart and put an O-ring inside it where there was a nylon washer. It didn't leak for a couple days but then started back oozing oil again. They are all leaking just enough to make a dust trap that leaves a mess.

Its nice to know the correct name of the fittings.
The fittings were leaking way before the oil cap incident. They leak just enough to cause a mess. I hardly ever have to add oil to the PS reservoir.

I've seen the oil cap blow off for other drivers and thought I was above letting that happen to me. If that cap don't get tightened good and tight it will blow off and start dumping oil big time.

When I put the new engine in my truck I had to use a different power steering pump so I had to replace a lot of the fittings. Mine had rubber O-rings.

If it were me, I would make sure that you know what lines go where and I would just take all the lines off and take it to your local hydraulic shop. I suspect the o rings that go on there are probably special o rings made just for that.

If they tell you that you need to change the fittings or that you have to have hoses made because you need new fittings just have them made. There is only three and you already have it apart. But get reinforced hoses if you do that for all of it even the non pressure side.

Any decent shop that makes up hydraulic hoses can help you to stop those leaks. Just make sure you clean those hoses up some and don't bring an oil leak dripping mess into their shop.
