Superior Carriers and Heniff were just bought out, and NOT by Schneider

Superior carriers and Heniff were just bought out, at least that's what my husband who works for superior was just told, not sure if an investment company bought them out or what, just trying to see what information is out here so far. I was told that Heniff will take the Superior name, but not much more. Anyway... hope someone has more news

Long term, SBL and Heniff — both with corporate offices located in Oak Brook, IL — will merge to form a single entity.
