Animal Cruelty

She needs to be slapped so that she will quit crying and then tied up and dragged behind that same truck to see how she likes it.

 

Perspective people. In the video clip there is nothing abusive here. That truck was moving at a slow walking speed. The trailer is right beside the truck and the horse is saddled up like they just got done riding.

Sometimes horses will lock up and not move. Normally two men will get behind it and lock arms and push against its hind legs above the knees to get it to move. But if you are by yourself you do what you got to do, even if the means leading it around with your pick up for 10 minutes.

Perhaps something abusive went on, I don't know but there is absolutely nothing in that video clip that suggests there was. could just be a case of an ignorant city boy making assumptions. I've ran into those also rights folks and they sure can be ignorant, including the ones that work for the country.

 

1) she lost her job...GREAT

2) they are being charged...GREAT

3) it was all caught on video, which should be enough for the judge to lower the hammer...GREAT

4) i hope that all the animals are taken away from them

5) i hope thier neighbors make living there miserable.

 

i dunno, looks like they were dragging that horse to me. the horse (i think) would have been standing upright, if it was "walking speed"

I've been around horses my whole life. If you saw an obstinate one being loaded its body position would be very similar to thre video. Thre difference would be two men behind it and one in front instead if a puck up. Haunchinf down on the hind quarters is common for them in a loading scenario. It's their bodies way of getting leverage to resist the pull. In the video ir never went down. It's feet we're under it the whole time. If it had fallen and she continued to pull it that would be abuse due to risk of injury but it never fell so there was no substantial risk.

 

well, she lives in CO, and was charged. to me, that says she was abusive as charged.

state laws differ from state to state. did YOU live in CO and know by heart all the laws word for word regarding animal cruelty/abuse?

they got her, the video will nail thier coffins shut.

 

2 men behind it and one man in front of it is a hell of a lot different than a pickup truck. It certainly wouldn't have been getting dragged like it did at the speeds it was going.

That's unacceptable behavior by someone who shouldn't own animals...
