He had his nightgown on, he had his panties on, and he was going to bed

You may remember "Bamm Bamm" in Oklahoma City from around the 1998-2001 time frame. Supposedly his family was injured or killed by a truck driver, and supposedly he used settlement money to modify a few radios to repeat a pre-recorded message (that was triggered by a business band frequency) over and over on channel 19 as a so-called "way of revenge" and "to keep truckers awake". This went on for a few years until in February 2001, the FCC decided to track him down after someone complained. (and you thought the FCC didn't do squat) One of the radios was located inside of a tall building on Shartel Ave (100 feet up I believe) which would explain why you could hear him all over. (A Navajo base and a Texas Star DX400 aren't exactly what I'd call maul dropping material) The interesting thing is this guy was an amateur radio operator (KA5NUP), and you would think he would know better, or at least care. But in the end the feds confiscated his gear and later in July of that same year, slapped him with a $9500 fine. Ouch!

Some have wondered what ever happened to him, especially those who turned off their radios back then. Old news but I did some digging and found this. On March 20 2018, Bamm Bamm put on his nightgown and his panties for the last time, and went 10-7 for life.
