    I’ve have in the past month changed turbo, CAC, boots air filter and just yesterday got a reman ECM from freightliner and I’m still getting low boost specially when am in 9th gear take it forever to get to top speed on that particular gear also I can hear some weird noice or abnormal Rev when in 9t gear what should I do next should I just increase my HP or what please help.

    If you have low boost, you have a problem. If you have a problem, you don't start making changes to the ECM.
