Trucking Jobs in 30 seconds
Every month 400 people find a job with the help of TruckersReport.
-
Celadon is the name of the company.
-
Im suprised Zerohedge hasn’t mentioned this yet. They have been constantly overhyping the recent trucking “downturn”.
-
As far as Celadon, they have been on the ragged edge of failure for years. Heck we used to lampoon (Make jokes) about how they were always rusted out and unable to provide a good living to anyone outside the board of directors. Now that they are finally kaput and out of the industry, it should be easier to find work for 4000 drivers who have a current work history and were insurable as of this morning.
there might even be a million posts this week when they get home and visit TTR asking dear Chinatown how can I get a job after my company went out of business?tampadedicated Thanks this. -
If they can get someone there to verify the employment. Id advise all drivers to get a proof of employment right now while there's still the option to do so. 6 months from now, you may be screwed
x1Heavy Thanks this. -
And bring home pictures date and time stamped (Even GPS stamped if you can do it) of those three qualcomm messages. Or just print out these three pictures here.

Someone still has to supply w2 also

Celadon uses ADP for all payroll, so with W2/W9 stuff you can get copy’s there, but once they no longer process payroll for them they only keep that on file for so long.
in this case I was more meaning the verification process through Hireright mostly all companies use for the DAC/PSP records on file with the CDLIS system and background/employment verifications.
Even though you can have a W2 showing you worked there, the requirements of the DOT/CSA/FMCSA require that verification process be done a certain way.
The main reason is the 3yrs prior to appointment of a new safety sensitive position, but they require all CDL employment for the previous 10yrs to be on file.
after that 3yr period, you won’t need to get a “verification” of employment anymore because you have met the threshold they require under the “recent experience” requirements.
now that I think about it and I just checked myself, use the celadon driver portal to get copy’s of the W2 or settlements instead of contacting ADP.
I still have a valid account with a driver ID and can log in, even though I left there in February this year.Last edited: Dec 9, 2019
