Was talking with a driver (dedicated run) the other night at work and he had nothing but praise for The Rosedale Group. Said they will deadhead him if thats what is takes to get him home on the weekends, nice equipment and I dont remember what else.

Anyway, I emailed them asking a few questions and havent heard anything back from them. Errr!!!

Does anyone here have any experiences with them, good or bad? I tried to research them on here and not a whole lot to be found on them other than USX bought them.

    Thanks...

My advice: tread softly when talking to dedicated drivers. I was dedicated once to AK Steel with Maverick. The truck was paid for before the week started for the entire week, so I was routinely deadheaded 300-350mi per week to get home. It made no difference to the company because everything was already paid. It has been my experience that dedicated routes have many more perks than typical company drivers so you may be disillusioned to find that things were not as they seemed when talking to the dedicated driver.

    For what its worth.
