it isn't rocket science, there isn't much to it.

I don't see where there is a cycle to it, you look at the load that comes into your screen, you call the driver and give it to them. Once it is done, they send in the paper work.

Driver gets told where to load, what to get and when to deliver.

Everything else refer back to the dispatcher.

God forbid the dispatcher needs any of that paperwork now. Its all computer.

I’m not sure if I’m understanding. First you find the load on the loadboard that you’re interested in. Then you call the number or sometimes respond via email. The broker will give you more information about the load, including how much they will pay. Once you agreed to the rate, then you fill out the carrier packet if you are not signed up with them. The broker will process the packet and then email you the rate con. Usually you have to sign the rate con and email it back, or sometimes you can accept the rate con right from a link in the email.

100% correct. Also know that dealing with brokers on the load board is like a flea market. Only accept the rate offered if you HAVE to get out of where you are. Otherwise negotiate.
