I have a flash code of 25 on the red engine shut down light which I believe means no active codes ?
On the yellow check engine light I have flash codes 39, 23, 47, 22.
Every thing seems to be running fine at this point.
Do any of these flash codes on the yellow check engine light have any relevance at all?
Or are they just left over codes from previous issues?
Also is there a way to clear theses codes with out Detroit Diesel software?
2007 Freightliner Columbia 14.0 liter Detroit flash code explanation?

I am blown away that 81people have viewed this thread and not one person has an answer?
This must be like super secret Freightliner information lol -
The flash 25 means everything is good...... probably left over codes from before.
Hulld Thanks this. -
that code 39 is....I can't remember what exactly freight liner told me at the time but there's no cure for it....
Hulld Thanks this. -
These numbers are flash code numbers that need to be broken down further. Ex: 39 is a under/over boost problem that could be turbo or egr related. DDDL 6.45 is needed to properly troubleshoot.
spsauerland and Hulld Thank this. -
And also wondering if they can be cleared with out Detroit software?
I believe the code 39 stems from an issue I had with the vpod sticking.
When that event occurred it buried my 50 lb boost gauge. -
They will be inactive. If active, check engine light would be lit. Bad vpod would throw 39 code. Don't remember if you can clear without device. Don't think so, but I may be wrong.....
spsauerland, Hulld and nikmirbre Thank this. -
