Just wondering if anybody on here works for this company. I am thinking about moving on over to T&J in January but I would l like a few reviews if possible.

I see them on the road all the time but have never known anybody who works for them. That might be a good sign since you never hear people complaining about them here. They must have a low turnover.

If looking for a company out of oregon, I cannot recommend Central Oregon Truck Company(COTC) enough!

Coos Bay. They might be pulling lumber and paper loads out and backhauling to Oregon mostly.

I think they do a fair amount for Roseburg. I used to see them at Dillard all the time. Can’t say as I’ve seen them advertise for help so I’ll take that as a good sign.

Just word of mouth reputation in our part of the country is that they're a decent outfit.
We've pulled some loads for them a few years ago and they were never late on pay or any real hassle.

COTC is good too, if you like flatbed. Lots of tarping.
