I work for a little Hotshot company, little in that I'm the only one with a class A besides the owner. We haul parts locally to mines, anything from a gasket to a 12k lb. CAT engine. Our hauls are generally less than 100 miles and its usually critical parts that need to be there ASAP. I was wondering if anyone uses trucks like this:

IT seems cheaper than a big pickup with a goosneck and possible more useful as you could haul cars or smaller construction equipment with the tilt bed. The seller said the bed could hold 34k lb. Does this sound right? that's a lot of weight to put on a tilt bed. Am I barking up the wrong tree here looking at this truck? Yes, I am thinking about going it on my own.
