You're right some stuff isn't disclosed on their website. Orientation pay being one of them. If you are really concerned about orientation pay ASK before you show up, instead of getting butt hurt after the fact.
I'll stand by my statement that all drivers don't quit because of money, they quit for all sorts of reasons, home time, equipment, location, not liking to have to drive here or there, and of course money.
