You get caught doing that now you go to jail. And so will the rack operators who let it happen.

Go to jail for adding Prist? Are you sure? As far as I know Prist is still added to Jet-A from the fuel tender on request as an anti-ice additive.

    Here's some reading for you....

I assume he meant for loading jet on top of diesel. All of our jet fuel went in dedicated trailers, and even those were dedicated to either military JP8 or civilian fuel.

Cite please jail time regs please.

Every rack I've been to had charts posted showing what was compatible with your previous load. Four in the Seattle area all showed jet a could load after straight diesel, not bio, 0% bio. But I've been out of that business for a while so maybe that's changed. The JP8 trailers were dedicated to JP8.

FAA and DOT regs require that all aviation fuels be transported in a clean and certified trailer. You cannot top load jet or AvGas on any other fuels. You cannot top load a load of jetA on AvGas either. All loads also have to be inspected for moisture and density too.
And the receiver also has to inspect the fuel.
The first thing crash investigators look at when a plane crash occurs is the fuel and the fuel records.

Not talking about additives like de icing. Talking about top loading jet for instance on top of gasoline.

Also on both the Chevron and Shell aviation fuel forms it has a section for additives that are used for that particular load.

Airport fuel was tested daily at each one where I worked.
