My question is, are those deductions the same every week or do they fluctuate with your expenses?

 

Prob depends on your left foot only variation I see is fuel and some of that is reimbursed expenses like lumpers

So he is purchasing fuel through them and they deduct that at the end of the week?

 

That is correct plus lumper show up as income and expenses and there are allowed advances etc in there ....this time of year if you finance base plates that's there and a few other things ...
I haven't own work comp policy for the company but I still purchase physical damage through them

 

Are you an owner op? Who do you run for?

 

I have a fleet but we run two trucks at breeden and I have 3 more at another carrier
