I assume we do. The OP would probably have to work out of the Ontario CA terminal which is a 4-5 hour drive from Pheonix.
We have a small yard in Pheonix with only 2 doors mostly ships soda products. I dont think we have drivers based there.
Got kicked out of my truck so my team partner could drive w\friend

1099 and Serbian owned are rarely good signs. How many of the drivers have been with this company 2 years or more?
I would suggest you enter the company DOT number into the DOT website to get a view of their safety performance compared to the industry averages.Cabinover101, Coffey and x1Heavy Thank this. -
Your non sleeping trainer screwed it up and hurt both of you. He's gone. Bye bye. Try to heal in any way you can. And you will.
If you are not sure that you have been eliminated from a gravy lane because of or associated with that bad trainer who wrecked the truck etc or you are being put on the bottom of the totem pole to prove yourself all over again as a sort of silent probation then talk with the operations manager about that and try to resolve this so it does not fester in you and make you worse.
You can only do what you can do. Whatever miles you get always set some money aside each week against a famine time which will happen sooner or later regularly in trucking. Those who have savings prosper while the rest are quitters. You follow me? 9-11 cost us about 14000 in savings cash but we were able to keep that medicine truck rolling every day for 7 weeks. Until payroll caught up. If we had no savings then that truck parked and we dont have a job. It was a ultimate in a problem. We got through it. (9000 of that was a replacement of a bathroom from frame to attic which was in progress when 9-11 hit) so it was horrible. But savings is good. Quitting is bad.
Hang in there.
Edit: reviewing the situation I just learned you are possibly with a non American populated company, so thats not a good thing. Unless you are of their ethnic.FryDaddy Thanks this. -
In the 2 years almost I have been teaming I have been with probably 10 different drivers, 5 of them I trained for a few weeks then off they went to get placed with another guy. Also i have been in probably 4 different trucks. So you have had it easy.
Also R&L Carriers hires guys with 1 year of experience. Get your doubles, hazmat, and TWIC card.
New hires teaming gross maybe 1500 a week, short easy runs. Then with some senoirty you can bid for better runs that pay 2000-2400 a week. Thats what a R&L guy told me in Indianapolis. There are some good RL theads on these forums also. If you arent worried about pulling doubles then thats an option for you too. Earn some good money and retire early if you want.Coffey, tscottme and Dave_in_AZ Thank this. -
